    Method

      Preheat oven to 200 °C. Place bacon on a foil-lined baking sheet in a single layer. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until browned and crisp then transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to cool.

      Toast cereal bread until golden brown in a toaster or the oven.

      Spread bread slices with Philadelphia, add lettuce then tomato and bacon in the end.

      Top with remaining bread slice. Cut each sandwich in two and serve immediately.
